An incident broke out between Miami Heat’s Duncan Robinson and Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown on Sunday.

After the game on Sunday, Boston Celtics player Jaylen Brown received some harsh words from Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson.

A skirmish broke out between Robinson and Brown in the middle of the fourth quarter. After a tussle between the two players on the baseline, Robinson was thrown into the bleachers by Brown.

Brown received a flagrant foul number one. Robinson referred to the play as “dirty”.

“Just thought it was dangerous, unnecessary and excessive,” Robinson stated.

Brown even put the blame for the altercation on Robinson and declined to apologise.

For me, there was no problem, according to Brown. “I believe he was well aware of his intended outcome. He didn’t want to play defence, so he tried to get twisted up, etc. I was attempting to release my arm because even after they called the foul, he persisted in attempting to hang on.”

This season, the Celtics won 110-106 to complete a 3-0 series sweep. The clubs might play each other again in the postseason. The Heat are ranked eighth, and the Celtics are ranked first. “Miami is recognised for its physicality,” Brown remarked. “Miami has a reputation for getting away with doing a lot of things, which kind of ruins the game. You understand that ultimately, you have to take ownership of and defend your area. Duncan Robinson seemed to know exactly what he was doing when he tried to draw something and get caught up. I’m not sure what he was attempting to accomplish, but you can bet he won’t do it again.”
