The Philadelphia 76ers were disciplined by the NBA on Friday for how they handled Joel Embiid.
Following a knee injury that kept him out since January 30, Embiid made his comeback on Tuesday. But Embiid wasn’t activated until very late in the process, right before tip-off on Tuesday.
The league punished the 76ers for not adhering to the injury reporting guidelines.
