One of the strongest candidates for the title of No. 2 overall player in the country in the 2025 recruiting class is the Tennessee Vols.
David Sanders, a five-star offensive lineman rated for 2025, was recently “ranked the contenders” by Rivals.com. Tennessee is presently ranked as the No. 2 candidate for Sanders. According to 247Sports’ aggregate rankings, Sanders, a 6-foot-6, 270-pound player from Charlotte, North Carolina, is the best offensive tackle in the country and the best player in the state.
The weekend of the Vols’ spring game, April 12, is when the highly anticipated prospect is scheduled to visit Tennessee.
This spring, Sanders also has visits planned to Clemson, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina.
