As they begin negotiations with Victor Osimhen’s representatives on his personal terms, Chelsea has intensified their pursuit of the player.
According to trade specialist Rudy Galetti, Chelsea is one of the top European teams vying for Osimhen, and the two have started speaking with his representatives.
Numerous sources state that Osimhen is the top transfer target for the London team, which the striker grew up supporting in Lagos. The Super Eagles striker has an excellent income at Napoli, earning almost nine million euros year, after extending his contract with the Serie A champion team through June 2026.
Going forward, he will demand a higher salary, which Chelsea can meet. It is thought that Chelsea might start negotiations with the striker’s club after reaching an agreement on his personal terms. On the player’s new deal, Napoli is rumored to have added an exit clause of 130 million euros.
Another London team prepared to give Osimhen a large salary is Arsenal.
