Gass stated that Tennessee is one of the schools that is attracting him the most, and the Vols are currently one of the few teams he intends to visit in March and April.

Zach Edey continued to lead the National Player of the Year conversation with his 22 points, 13 rebounds, and three assists against the Buckeyes, but the defeat showed any weaknesses in his defence. Purdue is ranked third in the US in terms of 3-point percentage (40.1%) but 230th in terms of 3-point attempts (20.9). The only Boilermaker to make a 3-pointer against Ohio State was senior guard Lance Jones, and the team’s unwillingness to shoot from beyond the arc may restrict their potential come March.
