The Raiders will attempt to finalize its 2024 coaching staff over the course of the upcoming week in order to attend the NFL Combine. The coaching staff is largely full in Antonio Pierce’s first season with the team. However, there are still a few offensive decisions to be made.

The good news is that the Raiders’ work on that side of the ball is almost complete. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler revealed late on Sunday night that Fred Walker will be the Raiders’ assistant quarterback coach.

Walker spent 11 seasons coaching college football before joining the squad in 2022. Throughout 2018 and 2019, he was employed at Duke, contributing to Daniel Jones’s growth. He had assisted Dak Prescott in becoming one of the most productive players in SEC history while he was employed at Mississippi State prior to that.
