Jack Tuttle, the quarterback for Michigan, has been awarded a seventh year of eligibility.
Tuttle shared a video on Saturday afternoon and wrote, “So many memories and great people.” The voyage carries on.
Despite playing in just six games for Michigan last season, Tuttle did demonstrate some signs of being a capable quarterback for a major university like Michigan. 15 out of 17 pass attempts were completed by him for 130 yards and a touchdown. Ironically, the touchdown occurred during a 52–7 victory over his old team, Indiana.
Tuttle shown during his four years as a Hoosier that he was a capable starting quarterback in the Big Ten. Before missing all but one game due to a shoulder injury in 2022, he completed 16 games for Indiana, throwing five touchdowns against six interceptions.
He is currently Michigan’s most accomplished and experienced quarterback. Right now, it appears as though Alex Orji and Tuttle will compete for the starting quarterback position for Michigan.
