On Wednesday night, Jimmy Butler recorded his 16th career triple-double to help the Miami Heat, who were hosting, defeat the San Antonio Spurs 116-104.

In 34 minutes, Butler finished with 17 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists, a game-high three steals, and no turnovers.

For the Heat, Tyler Herro finished with a game-high 24 points, six rebounds, and seven assists. 20 more points were scored by Bam Adebayo on 10 of 14 shots.

Star freshman Victor Wembanyama led San Antonio, which has lost five straight games, with 18 points, a game-high 13 rebounds, three assists, and one block. He finished the game with seven of thirteen points, three of five from beyond the arc, and his 25th double-double of the year.

Tre Jones and Devin Vassell each scored 19 points apiece for the Spurs, who own the poorest record in the Western Conference.
